At Nootka Saunas, we stand behind the quality of our wellness products and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your home sanctuary. If your sauna experience isn't everything you imagined, our team is here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Unit
Ensure the sauna is disassembled and secured in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit; items must be in like-new condition.
Schedule Pickup
Because of the size and weight of our saunas, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to arrive at your location for a curbside collection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
